1. Introduction

This Weight Discrepancy & Reweighment Policy governs the declaration, verification and adjustment of shipment weight and dimensions booked through ship.v4masters.com.
The Vendor agrees that all shipments are subject to reweighment and remeasurement by the Courier Partner.

यह Weight Discrepancy & Reweighment Policy ship.v4masters.com के माध्यम से बुक किए गए Shipment के Weight एवं Dimensions की घोषणा, सत्यापन और समायोजन को नियंत्रित करती है।
Vendor सहमत है कि प्रत्येक Shipment का Courier Partner द्वारा Reweighment एवं Remeasurement किया जा सकता है।
2. Vendor Declaration

At the time of booking, the Vendor must accurately declare:
- Actual Weight;
- Length;
- Width;
- Height;
- Product Category;
- Shipment Contents.
Any incorrect declaration may attract additional charges and penalties.

Shipment Book करते समय Vendor को सही-सही निम्न जानकारी देनी होगी:
- Actual Weight;
- Length;
- Width;

- Product Category;
- Shipment Contents।
गलत घोषणा करने पर अतिरिक्त शुल्क एवं Penalty लगाई जा सकती है।
3. Volumetric Weight

Shipping charges may be calculated on:
- Actual Weight; OR
- Volumetric Weight,
whichever is higher.
Volumetric Weight shall be calculated as per the formula prescribed by the respective Courier Partner.

Shipping Charges निम्न में से जो अधिक होगा, उसके आधार पर लगाए जा सकते हैं:
- Actual Weight; या
- Volumetric Weight।
Volumetric Weight की गणना संबंधित Courier Partner के नियमों के अनुसार की जाएगी।
4. Courier Partner Verification
4. Courier Partner द्वारा सत्यापन

The Vendor agrees that:
- Courier Partner may reweigh or remeasure the shipment at any stage;
- Courier Partner verified weight and dimensions shall be final and binding;
- The Platform may rely upon Courier Partner records for billing purposes.

Vendor सहमत है कि:
- Courier Partner किसी भी चरण में Shipment का Reweighment या Remeasurement कर सकता है;
- Courier Partner द्वारा सत्यापित Weight एवं Dimensions अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होंगे;
- Platform Billing के लिए Courier Partner के रिकॉर्ड पर भरोसा कर सकता है।
5. Weight Discrepancy Charges
5. वजन अंतर शुल्क

If the verified weight or dimensions exceed the Vendor's declaration:
- Additional Shipping Charges may apply;
- Additional Taxes may apply;
- Penalty may be imposed;
- Wallet Balance may be debited;
- Future settlements may be adjusted.
The Vendor agrees to pay all such charges immediately upon demand.

यदि सत्यापित Weight या Dimensions, Vendor द्वारा घोषित जानकारी से अधिक पाए जाते हैं:
- अतिरिक्त Shipping Charges लगाए जा सकते हैं;
- अतिरिक्त Taxes लग सकते हैं;
- Penalty लगाई जा सकती है;
- Wallet Balance से राशि काटी जा सकती है;
- Future Settlement से राशि समायोजित की जा सकती है।
Vendor ऐसी सभी देय राशियों का भुगतान करने के लिए सहमत होगा।
6. Evidence of Reweighment

Courier Partner may provide:
- Weight Slip;
- Dimension Images;
- Scanning Reports;
- Photographs;
- Machine Records;
- Other verification records.
Such records shall be treated as valid evidence for billing and dispute resolution.

Courier Partner निम्न प्रमाण उपलब्ध करा सकता है:
- Weight Slip;
- Dimension Images;
- Scanning Reports;
- Photographs;
- Machine Records;
- अन्य सत्यापन रिकॉर्ड।
ऐसे रिकॉर्ड Billing एवं Dispute Resolution के लिए वैध प्रमाण माने जाएंगे।
7. Dispute Resolution

If the Vendor disputes the verified weight:
- The Vendor may raise a dispute within 7 days;
- Supporting evidence may be submitted;
- The Platform may seek clarification from the Courier Partner.
The final decision of the Courier Partner and Platform shall be binding on the Vendor.

यदि Vendor सत्यापित Weight से असहमत है:
- वह 7 दिनों के भीतर Dispute Raise कर सकता है;
- Supporting Evidence प्रस्तुत कर सकता है;
- Platform Courier Partner से स्पष्टीकरण मांग सकता है।
Courier Partner एवं Platform का अंतिम निर्णय Vendor पर बाध्यकारी होगा।
8. Recovery of Charges

The Platform reserves the right to recover:
- Additional Weight Charges;
- Volumetric Charges;
- Taxes;
- Penalties;
- Outstanding Dues;
through:
- Wallet Debit;
- Future Recharge Adjustment;
- Future Settlement Adjustment;
- Other lawful methods.

Platform निम्न राशि की वसूली करने का अधिकार रखता है:
- Additional Weight Charges;
- Volumetric Charges;
- Taxes;
- Penalties;
- Outstanding Dues।
वसूली निम्न माध्यमों से की जा सकती है:
- Wallet Debit;
- Future Recharge Adjustment;
- Future Settlement Adjustment;
- अन्य वैध माध्यम।
9. Electronic Acceptance
9. इलेक्ट्रॉनिक स्वीकृति

By booking shipments through ship.v4masters.com, the Vendor agrees to this Weight Discrepancy & Reweighment Policy.
Electronic acceptance shall have the same legal effect as a physical signature.
