1. Introduction

This Vendor Onboarding Policy governs the registration, verification and onboarding of Vendors on ship.v4masters.com.
By applying for registration, the Vendor agrees to comply with this Policy and all other Platform Policies.

यह Vendor Onboarding Policy ship.v4masters.com पर Vendors के पंजीकरण, सत्यापन एवं ऑनबोर्डिंग को नियंत्रित करती है।
पंजीकरण के लिए आवेदन करके Vendor इस नीति एवं Platform की अन्य सभी नीतियों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होता है।
2. Eligibility Criteria

A Vendor must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Be legally capable of entering into contracts;
- Possess valid identity and address proof;
- Maintain an active bank account;
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The Platform may refuse registration at its sole discretion.

- कानूनी अनुबंध करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए;
- वैध पहचान एवं पता प्रमाण होना चाहिए;

- Mobile Number
- Email Address
Business Entity

- GST Registration Certificate (if applicable)
- Firm Registration Certificate
- Partnership Deed / LLP Agreement / Certificate of Incorporation
- Authorized Signatory Proof
- Business Address Proof
- Bank Account Proof
The Platform may request additional documents if required.

4. KYC & Verification

The Platform may verify:
- Identity documents;
- Mobile number;
- Email address;
- Bank account details;
- GST details;
- Business registration details;
- Address proof.
The Vendor authorizes the Platform to conduct KYC and background verification through third-party service providers where necessary.

Platform निम्न का सत्यापन कर सकता है:
- पहचान दस्तावेज;
- मोबाइल नंबर;
- ईमेल पता;
- बैंक खाता विवरण;
- GST विवरण;
- व्यवसाय पंजीकरण;
- पता प्रमाण।
Vendor आवश्यकता पड़ने पर Platform को तृतीय-पक्ष सेवा प्रदाताओं के माध्यम से KYC एवं Background Verification करने की अनुमति देता है।
5. Approval & Activation
5. स्वीकृति एवं सक्रियता

Vendor registration shall become active only after:
- Successful KYC verification;
- Verification of submitted documents;
- Approval by the Platform.
The Platform reserves the right to:
- Approve;
- Reject;
- Request additional information;
- Keep the application pending.
No reason is required to be provided for rejection.

Vendor Registration तभी सक्रिय होगा जब:
- KYC सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण हो;
- दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन हो जाए;
- Platform द्वारा स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी जाए।
Platform को यह अधिकार होगा कि वह:
- आवेदन स्वीकृत करे;
- आवेदन अस्वीकृत करे;
- अतिरिक्त जानकारी मांगे;
- आवेदन लंबित रखे।
अस्वीकृति का कारण बताना Platform के लिए आवश्यक नहीं होगा।
6. Vendor Responsibilities
6. Vendor की जिम्मेदारियाँ

The Vendor shall:
- Provide accurate information;
- Keep documents updated;
- Maintain sufficient wallet balance for services;
- Comply with courier partner policies;
- Comply with all applicable laws;
- Ensure shipments are lawful and properly packaged.
The Vendor shall immediately notify the Platform in case of:
- Change of ownership;
- Change in business details;
- Bank account modification;
- GST changes;
- Legal proceedings affecting the business.

Vendor:
- सही जानकारी प्रदान करेगा;
- दस्तावेज अपडेट रखेगा;
- सेवाओं हेतु पर्याप्त Wallet Balance रखेगा;
- Courier Partner Policies का पालन करेगा;
- लागू कानूनों का पालन करेगा;
- यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि Shipment वैध एवं उचित पैकेजिंग में हो।
निम्न परिस्थितियों में Vendor तुरंत Platform को सूचित करेगा:
- स्वामित्व में परिवर्तन;
- व्यवसायिक जानकारी में परिवर्तन;
- बैंक खाते में परिवर्तन;
- GST में परिवर्तन;
- व्यवसाय से संबंधित कानूनी कार्यवाही।
7. Suspension & Rejection
7. निलंबन एवं अस्वीकृति

The Platform may suspend, reject or terminate Vendor registration if:
- False information is provided;
- Fake documents are submitted;
- KYC verification fails;
- Vendor violates Platform policies;
- Vendor engages in fraudulent activities;
- Vendor ships prohibited items;
- Legal or regulatory action requires suspension.

Platform निम्न परिस्थितियों में Vendor Registration को निलंबित, अस्वीकृत या समाप्त कर सकता है:
- गलत जानकारी दी गई हो;
- नकली दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत किए गए हों;
- KYC सत्यापन असफल हो;
- Platform Policies का उल्लंघन हुआ हो;
- Vendor धोखाधड़ीपूर्ण गतिविधियों में शामिल हो;
- Vendor प्रतिबंधित वस्तुओं की शिपिंग करे;
- कानूनी या नियामक कार्रवाई की आवश्यकता हो।
8. Electronic Acceptance
8. इलेक्ट्रॉनिक स्वीकृति

By clicking "I Agree", submitting documents, registering an account or using the services of ship.v4masters.com, the Vendor:
- Confirms that all information provided is true and accurate;
- Agrees to this Vendor Onboarding Policy;
- Agrees to all Platform Policies;
- Accepts that electronic acceptance shall have the same legal effect as a physical signature.

"I Agree" बटन दबाने, दस्तावेज जमा करने, Account Register करने या ship.v4masters.com की सेवाओं का उपयोग करने पर Vendor:
- यह पुष्टि करता है कि प्रदान की गई सभी जानकारी सही एवं सत्य है;
- इस Vendor Onboarding Policy को स्वीकार करता है;
- Platform की सभी नीतियों से सहमत होता है;
- यह स्वीकार करता है कि इलेक्ट्रॉनिक स्वीकृति का वही कानूनी प्रभाव होगा जो भौतिक हस्ताक्षर का होता है।
