The Platform acts as a Technology Aggregator and reserves the right to reject, suspend or cancel any shipment that violates this Policy.

The Vendor shall not book, ship or attempt to ship any of the following items:
Illegal & Restricted Goods
- Narcotic drugs;
- Psychotropic substances;
- Illegal medicines;
- Counterfeit goods;
- Stolen goods;
- Smuggled goods;
- Items prohibited by Indian laws.

Vendor निम्न वस्तुओं की बुकिंग या शिपिंग नहीं करेगा:
अवैध एवं प्रतिबंधित वस्तुएँ
- नशीले पदार्थ;
- प्रतिबंधित दवाएँ;
- नकली उत्पाद;
- चोरी का सामान;
- तस्करी की वस्तुएँ;
- भारतीय कानूनों द्वारा प्रतिबंधित वस्तुएँ।
3. Dangerous Goods

The following dangerous goods are prohibited:
- Explosives;
- Fireworks;
- Ammunition;
- Compressed gases;
- Flammable liquids;
- Toxic substances;
- Corrosive materials;
- Radioactive materials;
- Hazardous chemicals;
- Biohazard materials.

5. Live Animals & Biological Materials

The following are prohibited:
- Live animals;
- Birds;
- Insects;
- Human remains;
- Human organs;
- Blood samples;
- Biological specimens;
- Infectious materials.

- पक्षी;
- कीट;
- मानव अवशेष;
- मानव अंग;
- रक्त नमूने;
- जैविक नमूने;

6. Adult & Obscene Materials

The Vendor shall not ship:
- Pornographic materials;
- Obscene content;
- Sexually explicit products prohibited by law;
- Content promoting hatred, terrorism or violence.

Vendor निम्न सामग्री की शिपिंग नहीं करेगा:
- अश्लील सामग्री;
- Pornographic Content;
- कानून द्वारा प्रतिबंधित वयस्क सामग्री;
- घृणा, आतंकवाद या हिंसा को बढ़ावा देने वाली सामग्री।
7. Platform Right to Inspect

The Platform and Courier Partner reserve the right to:
- Inspect shipments;
- Open packages where legally permitted;
- Request invoices or documents;
- Reject suspicious shipments;
- Inform law enforcement authorities where required.

Platform एवं Courier Partner को निम्न अधिकार होंगे:
- Shipment की जांच करना;
- कानून के अनुसार Package खोलना;
- Invoice या दस्तावेज मांगना;
- संदिग्ध Shipment अस्वीकार करना;
- आवश्यक होने पर कानून प्रवर्तन एजेंसियों को सूचित करना।
8. Consequences of Violation

If a Vendor ships prohibited items, the Platform may:
- Reject the shipment;
- Suspend pickup services;
- Hold payments or wallet balance;
- Recover penalties and losses;
- Suspend or terminate Vendor Account;
- Report the matter to government authorities;
- Initiate legal proceedings.
The Vendor shall indemnify and keep indemnified V4 Masters E Vyapari against all losses, damages, penalties and legal liabilities arising from such violations.

यदि Vendor प्रतिबंधित वस्तुओं की शिपिंग करता है, तो Platform:
- Shipment अस्वीकार कर सकता है;
- Pickup Services रोक सकता है;
- Payment या Wallet Balance रोक सकता है;
- Penalty एवं नुकसान की वसूली कर सकता है;
- Vendor Account निलंबित या समाप्त कर सकता है;
- सरकारी अधिकारियों को सूचित कर सकता है;
- कानूनी कार्रवाई कर सकता है।
Vendor ऐसे उल्लंघन से उत्पन्न सभी हानि, दंड एवं कानूनी दायित्वों के लिए V4 Masters E Vyapari को क्षतिपूर्ति प्रदान करेगा।
9. Changes to this Policy

V4 Masters E Vyapari reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time to comply with:
- Courier Partner requirements;
- Government regulations;
- Industry standards;
- Legal obligations.
Updated versions shall be published on ship.v4masters.com.

10. Electronic Acceptance

By booking shipments or using the services of ship.v4masters.com, the Vendor agrees to this Prohibited Shipments Policy.
Electronic acceptance shall have the same legal effect as a physical signature.
