This Shipping Policy governs all shipment booking, pickup, transportation, delivery and related services provided through ship.v4masters.com.
The Platform acts as a Technology Aggregator connecting Vendors with third-party Courier Partners.
The actual transportation and delivery of shipments are performed by independent Courier Partners.

यह Shipping Policy ship.v4masters.com के माध्यम से प्रदान की जाने वाली सभी Shipment Booking, Pickup, Transportation, Delivery एवं संबंधित सेवाओं पर लागू होगी।
Platform एक Technology Aggregator के रूप में कार्य करता है जो Vendors को विभिन्न Third Party Courier Partners से जोड़ता है।
Shipment का वास्तविक परिवहन एवं डिलीवरी स्वतंत्र Courier Partners द्वारा की जाती है।

The Platform may integrate with one or more Courier Partners.
Courier services are subject to:
- Service availability;
- Serviceable pincodes;
- Courier partner policies;
- Applicable laws and regulations.
The Platform may add, remove or replace Courier Partners at any time without prior notice.

Courier Services निम्न पर निर्भर होंगी:

- Serviceable Pincode;
- Courier Partner की नीतियाँ;

3. Shipment Booking

The Vendor shall provide:
- Correct consignee details;
- Accurate address and pincode;
- Product description;
- Correct shipment weight;
- Accurate dimensions;
- Invoice and required documents.
The Platform reserves the right to reject any shipment with:
- Incorrect details;
- Prohibited contents;
- Incomplete documentation;
- Suspicious or fraudulent information.

Vendor निम्न जानकारी सही-सही प्रदान करेगा:
- Consignee का नाम;
- सही Address एवं Pincode;
- Product Description;
- Shipment का सही Weight;
- सही Dimensions;
- Invoice एवं आवश्यक दस्तावेज।
Platform निम्न परिस्थितियों में Shipment अस्वीकार कर सकता है:
- गलत जानकारी;
- प्रतिबंधित सामग्री;
- अधूरे दस्तावेज;
- संदिग्ध या धोखाधड़ीपूर्ण जानकारी।
4. Packaging Responsibility
4. पैकेजिंग की जिम्मेदारी

The Vendor shall be solely responsible for proper packaging of shipments.
The Platform and Courier Partner shall not be liable for:
- Damage due to poor packaging;
- Leakage;
- Breakage;
- Improper sealing;
- Inadequate cushioning.
Vendor is advised to use industry-standard packaging materials.

Shipment की उचित पैकेजिंग की पूरी जिम्मेदारी Vendor की होगी।
Platform एवं Courier Partner निम्न के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे:
- खराब पैकेजिंग के कारण नुकसान;
- रिसाव;
- टूट-फूट;
- गलत सीलिंग;
- अपर्याप्त सुरक्षा सामग्री।
Vendor को Industry Standard Packaging का उपयोग करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
5. Pickup Services
5. पिकअप सेवा

Pickup services are subject to:
- Courier partner availability;
- Serviceable location;
- Operational conditions.
The Platform does not guarantee pickup at a specific time unless expressly agreed.
Repeated pickup failures due to Vendor reasons may result in additional charges.

Pickup Services निम्न पर निर्भर होंगी:
- Courier Partner की उपलब्धता;
- Serviceable Location;
- Operational Conditions.
Platform किसी निश्चित समय पर Pickup की गारंटी नहीं देता, जब तक विशेष रूप से सहमति न हो।
Vendor की वजह से बार-बार Pickup असफल होने पर अतिरिक्त शुल्क लगाया जा सकता है।
6. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines displayed on the Platform are estimated only.
Actual delivery may vary due to:
- Weather conditions;
- Courier delays;
- Public holidays;
- Government restrictions;
- Transportation issues;
- Force Majeure events.
The Platform does not guarantee delivery within a fixed period.

Platform पर प्रदर्शित Delivery Timeline केवल अनुमानित है।
वास्तविक डिलीवरी निम्न कारणों से प्रभावित हो सकती है:
- मौसम;
- Courier Delay;
- सार्वजनिक अवकाश;
- सरकारी प्रतिबंध;
- परिवहन बाधाएँ;
- Force Majeure परिस्थितियाँ।
Platform किसी निश्चित समय में डिलीवरी की गारंटी नहीं देता।
7. COD Shipments
7. COD शिपमेंट

COD service may be available for selected courier partners and pincodes.
COD settlements:
- Depend on courier remittance;
- May be delayed due to operational or banking reasons;
- Are subject to reconciliation.
The Platform reserves the right to hold or adjust COD settlements in case of:
- Customer disputes;
- Fraud;
- Returns;
- Chargebacks;
- Regulatory requirements.

COD सुविधा चयनित Courier Partners एवं Pincodes के लिए उपलब्ध हो सकती है।
COD Settlement:
- Courier Remittance पर निर्भर करेगा;
- Operational या Banking कारणों से विलंबित हो सकता है;
- Reconciliation के अधीन होगा।
निम्न परिस्थितियों में Platform COD Settlement रोक या समायोजित कर सकता है:
- Customer Dispute;
- Fraud;
- Return;
- Chargeback;
- Regulatory Requirements।
8. RTO (Return to Origin)

Shipments may be returned to the Vendor due to:
- Customer refusal;
- Incorrect address;
- Customer unavailable;
- Delivery failure;
- Restricted area;
- Courier operational issues.
Applicable RTO charges shall be payable by the Vendor.

निम्न कारणों से Shipment Vendor को वापस भेजा जा सकता है:
- Customer द्वारा Shipment स्वीकार न करना;
- गलत पता;
- Customer अनुपलब्ध होना;
- Delivery Failure;
- Restricted Area;
- Courier Operational Issue।
लागू RTO Charges Vendor द्वारा वहन किए जाएंगे।
9. Weight Discrepancy
9. वजन में अंतर

The Vendor must declare:
- Actual Weight;
- Dimensions;
- Product category.
Courier Partner verified weight shall be considered final.
If actual weight exceeds declared weight:
- Additional charges may apply;
- Wallet may be debited;
- Future settlements may be adjusted.

Vendor को निम्न सही घोषित करना होगा:
- Actual Weight;
- Dimensions;
- Product Category।
Courier Partner द्वारा सत्यापित Weight अंतिम माना जाएगा।
यदि वास्तविक Weight घोषित Weight से अधिक पाया जाता है:
- अतिरिक्त शुल्क लगाया जा सकता है;
- Wallet से राशि काटी जा सकती है;
- Future Settlement समायोजित किए जा सकते हैं।
10. Limitation of Liability
10. दायित्व की सीमा

The Platform acts only as a Technology Aggregator.
The Platform shall not be liable for:
- Courier delays;
- Delivery failures;
- Shipment loss beyond approved claims;
- Consequential damages;
- Loss of business;
- Loss of profits.
Maximum liability:
₹2,000 per shipment OR Actual Invoice Value, whichever is lower.
Claim payment is subject to courier partner approval.

Platform केवल एक Technology Aggregator है।
Platform निम्न के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा:
- Courier Delay;
- Delivery Failure;
- स्वीकृत Claim सीमा से अधिक Shipment Loss;
- अप्रत्यक्ष क्षति;
- व्यापारिक हानि;
- लाभ की हानि।
अधिकतम दायित्व:
₹2,000 प्रति Shipment अथवा वास्तविक Invoice Value, जो भी कम हो।
Claim भुगतान Courier Partner की स्वीकृति के अधीन होगा।
11. Electronic Acceptance

By booking shipments, creating an account or using the services of ship.v4masters.com, the Vendor agrees to this Shipping Policy and all applicable Platform Policies.
Electronic acceptance shall have the same legal effect as a physical signature.

Shipment Book करने, Account बनाने या ship.v4masters.com की सेवाओं का उपयोग करने पर Vendor इस Shipping Policy एवं Platform की अन्य नीतियों को स्वीकार करता है।
यह इलेक्ट्रॉनिक स्वीकृति भौतिक हस्ताक्षर के समान कानूनी प्रभाव रखती है।
