1. Introduction
V4Masters Courier Aggregator is a technology platform that enables Vendors to book, manage, track and process shipments through multiple third-party courier partners.
By registering, creating an account, booking shipments or using any service provided through the Platform, the Vendor agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. परिचय
V4Masters Courier Aggregator एक प्रौद्योगिकी आधारित प्लेटफॉर्म है जो विक्रेताओं को विभिन्न तृतीय-पक्ष कूरियर पार्टनर्स के माध्यम से शिपमेंट बुक, प्रबंधित, ट्रैक एवं प्रोसेस करने की सुविधा प्रदान करता है।
प्लेटफॉर्म पर पंजीकरण करने, खाता बनाने, शिपमेंट बुक करने अथवा किसी भी सेवा का उपयोग करने पर विक्रेता इन नियमों एवं शर्तों से बाध्य होने के लिए सहमत होता है।
2. Vendor Eligibility
A Vendor must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Possess valid identity and banking details.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari reserves the right to reject, suspend or terminate any Vendor account without prior notice.
2. विक्रेता पात्रता
विक्रेता:
- कम से कम 18 वर्ष का होना चाहिए।
- वैध अनुबंध करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।
- सही पंजीकरण जानकारी प्रदान करनी चाहिए।
- वैध पहचान एवं बैंकिंग विवरण उपलब्ध कराने चाहिए।
- सभी लागू कानूनों एवं नियमों का पालन करना चाहिए।
V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari बिना पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी विक्रेता खाते को अस्वीकार, निलंबित या समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
3. Vendor Registration & Verification
Mandatory Documents
- PAN Card
- Aadhaar Card or Government Identity Proof
- Bank Account Proof / Cancelled Cheque
- Address Proof
- Mobile Verification
- Email Verification
Optional Documents
- GST Registration Certificate (If Available)
- Trade License (If Available)
GST registration is not mandatory unless required by law.
3. विक्रेता पंजीकरण एवं सत्यापन
अनिवार्य दस्तावेज
- पैन कार्ड
- आधार कार्ड अथवा सरकारी पहचान पत्र
- बैंक खाता प्रमाण अथवा रद्द चेक
- पता प्रमाण
- मोबाइल सत्यापन
- ईमेल सत्यापन
वैकल्पिक दस्तावेज
- जीएसटी प्रमाणपत्र (यदि उपलब्ध हो)
- व्यापार लाइसेंस (यदि उपलब्ध हो)
कानून द्वारा अनिवार्य न होने की स्थिति में GST पंजीकरण आवश्यक नहीं है।
4. Vendor Responsibilities
The Vendor agrees that:
- All information provided is true and accurate.
- Products shipped are legally owned or authorized for sale.
- Packaging is secure and suitable for transportation.
- Shipment details are entered correctly.
- Customer information is accurate.
- Invoices and documents are genuine.
The Vendor shall be solely responsible for any loss arising from incorrect information or improper packaging.
4. विक्रेता की जिम्मेदारियाँ
विक्रेता सहमत है कि:
- दी गई सभी जानकारी सही एवं सत्य है।
- भेजे जाने वाले उत्पादों पर उसका वैध स्वामित्व अथवा बिक्री का अधिकार है।
- पैकेजिंग सुरक्षित एवं परिवहन योग्य होगी।
- शिपमेंट विवरण सही दर्ज किए जाएंगे।
- ग्राहक की जानकारी सही होगी।
- चालान एवं दस्तावेज वास्तविक होंगे।
गलत जानकारी या खराब पैकेजिंग से होने वाली किसी भी हानि की जिम्मेदारी विक्रेता की होगी।
5. Tax Compliance
The Vendor shall be solely responsible for:
- GST Compliance
- Income Tax Compliance
- E-Way Bills
- Invoicing Requirements
- Regulatory Filings
- Other Statutory Obligations
V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari shall not be responsible for any tax liability arising from Vendor transactions.
5. कर अनुपालन
निम्नलिखित की पूर्ण जिम्मेदारी विक्रेता की होगी:
- GST अनुपालन
- आयकर अनुपालन
- ई-वे बिल
- चालान जारी करना
- नियामकीय अनुपालन
- अन्य वैधानिक दायित्व
विक्रेता के कर संबंधी दायित्वों के लिए V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
6. Shipping Policy
The Platform facilitates shipment booking through third-party courier companies.
The Vendor understands and agrees that:
- Delivery timelines are estimates only.
- Actual delivery depends upon courier partner operations.
- Delays caused by weather, strikes, technical failures, government actions, natural disasters, or unforeseen events are beyond Platform control.
- Courier serviceability may vary by location.
V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari does not guarantee delivery timelines.
6. शिपिंग नीति
प्लेटफॉर्म विभिन्न तृतीय-पक्ष कूरियर कंपनियों के माध्यम से शिपमेंट बुकिंग की सुविधा प्रदान करता है।
विक्रेता समझता है और सहमत है कि:
- डिलीवरी समय केवल अनुमानित होता है।
- वास्तविक डिलीवरी कूरियर पार्टनर के संचालन पर निर्भर करती है।
- मौसम, हड़ताल, तकनीकी खराबी, सरकारी कार्यवाही, प्राकृतिक आपदा या अन्य अप्रत्याशित कारणों से हुई देरी के लिए प्लेटफॉर्म जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
- विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कूरियर सेवा उपलब्धता अलग-अलग हो सकती है।
V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari किसी निश्चित डिलीवरी समय की गारंटी नहीं देता।
7. Packaging Policy
The Vendor must ensure:
- Strong and secure packaging.
- Proper sealing of parcels.
- Protective material for fragile products.
- Waterproof protection where required.
The Vendor shall be liable for damages caused due to inadequate packaging.
7. पैकेजिंग नीति
विक्रेता सुनिश्चित करेगा कि:
- पैकेजिंग मजबूत और सुरक्षित हो।
- पार्सल उचित रूप से सील किया गया हो।
- नाजुक वस्तुओं के लिए सुरक्षा सामग्री का उपयोग किया गया हो।
- आवश्यकता अनुसार वाटरप्रूफ सुरक्षा उपलब्ध हो।
अपर्याप्त पैकेजिंग के कारण होने वाली क्षति के लिए विक्रेता स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा।
8. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited:
- Illegal products
- Weapons and ammunition
- Explosives
- Narcotics and drugs
- Hazardous chemicals
- Counterfeit products
- Currency and negotiable instruments
- Precious metals and gemstones
- Live animals
- Any item prohibited under Indian law
8. प्रतिबंधित वस्तुएँ
निम्न वस्तुओं की शिपिंग प्रतिबंधित है:
- अवैध उत्पाद
- हथियार एवं गोला-बारूद
- विस्फोटक पदार्थ
- नशीले पदार्थ
- खतरनाक रसायन
- नकली उत्पाद
- मुद्रा एवं वित्तीय दस्तावेज
- कीमती धातुएँ एवं रत्न
- जीवित पशु
- भारतीय कानून द्वारा प्रतिबंधित कोई भी वस्तु
9. Freight Charges & Billing
The Vendor agrees to pay:
- Shipping Charges
- COD Charges
- RTO Charges
- Fuel Surcharge
- Remote Area Charges
- Volumetric Weight Charges
- Other Applicable Charges
9. फ्रेट शुल्क एवं बिलिंग
विक्रेता निम्न शुल्कों का भुगतान करने के लिएसहमत है:
- शिपिंग शुल्क
- COD शुल्क
- RTO शुल्क
- ईंधन अधिभार
- दूरस्थ क्षेत्र शुल्क
- वॉल्यूमेट्रिक वजन शुल्क
- अन्य लागू शुल्क
10. Weight Discrepancy, Re-Weighment & Additional Billing Policy
The Vendor agrees that:
- Shipment charges are initially calculated based on the weight and dimensions declared by the Vendor.
- Courier partners may conduct physical weight verification and volumetric weight verification at any stage of shipment processing.
- If the actual weight, volumetric weight, dimensions, or package count is found different from the declared details, the courier partner's verified weight shall be considered final.
- Any difference in freight charges arising due to weight discrepancy, under-declared weight, incorrect dimensions, additional packages, or volumetric weight shall be payable by the Vendor.
- V4 MASTERS reserves the right to automatically debit, deduct, adjust, recover, or invoice such additional charges from the Vendor account.
- Reweighment records, photographs, dimension scans, or reports provided by courier partners shall be treated as valid evidence.
- The Vendor shall not dispute charges solely on the basis of self-measured weight unless supported by verifiable proof acceptable to V4 MASTERS.
- Failure to pay additional charges may result in suspension of services, withholding of settlements, or account termination.
Underweight Declaration
If a Vendor intentionally or unintentionally declares a lower weight than the actual shipment weight:
- Additional freight charges shall apply.
- Courier penalties, if imposed, shall be borne by the Vendor.
- Repeated underweight declarations may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.
10. वजन विसंगति, पुनः वजन एवं अतिरिक्त शुल्क नीति
विक्रेता सहमत है कि:
- शिपमेंट शुल्क प्रारंभिक रूप से विक्रेता द्वारा घोषित वजन एवं आयामों के आधार पर निर्धारित किए जाते हैं।
- कूरियर पार्टनर किसी भी चरण पर वास्तविक वजन एवं वॉल्यूमेट्रिक वजन की जांच कर सकते हैं।
- यदि वास्तविक वजन, वॉल्यूमेट्रिक वजन, आयाम अथवा पैकेज संख्या घोषित विवरण से भिन्न पाई जाती है, तो कूरियर पार्टनर द्वारा सत्यापित वजन अंतिम एवं मान्य माना जाएगा।
- कम वजन घोषित करने, गलत आयाम देने, अतिरिक्त पैकेज जोड़ने अथवा वजन में अंतर पाए जाने पर उत्पन्न सभी अतिरिक्त शुल्क विक्रेता द्वारा देय होंगे।
- V4 MASTERS को ऐसे अतिरिक्त शुल्क विक्रेता के खाते से समायोजित, काटने, वसूलने अथवा चालान जारी करने का अधिकार होगा।
- कूरियर पार्टनर द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए पुनः वजन रिकॉर्ड, फोटोग्राफ, स्कैन रिपोर्ट अथवा आयाम रिपोर्ट वैध प्रमाण माने जाएंगे।
- केवल स्वयं द्वारा मापे गए वजन के आधार पर विक्रेता अतिरिक्त शुल्क का विरोध नहीं कर सकेगा, जब तक कि उसके पास स्वीकार्य प्रमाण न हो।
- अतिरिक्त शुल्क का भुगतान न करने की स्थिति में सेवाएं निलंबित की जा सकती हैं, भुगतान रोका जा सकता है अथवा खाता समाप्त किया जा सकता है।
कम वजन घोषित करने की स्थिति
यदि विक्रेता जानबूझकर या अनजाने में वास्तविक वजन से कम वजन घोषित करता है:
- अतिरिक्त फ्रेट शुल्क लागू होंगे।
- कूरियर कंपनी द्वारा लगाए गए दंड का भुगतान विक्रेता करेगा।
- बार-बार कम वजन घोषित करने पर खाता निलंबित अथवा स्थायी रूप से समाप्त किया जा सकता है।
11. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Where COD service is available:
- COD settlement shall be processed after receipt from courier partners.
- Settlement timelines may vary.
- V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies or banks.
11. कैश ऑन डिलीवरी (COD) नीति
जहाँ COD सेवा उपलब्ध होगी:
- COD भुगतान कूरियर पार्टनर से प्राप्ति के बाद जारी किया जाएगा।
- भुगतान समय अलग-अलग हो सकता है।
- बैंक अथवा कूरियर देरी के लिए V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
12. Return To Origin (RTO) Policy
- Undelivered shipments may be returned.
- RTO charges shall apply.
- Forward and reverse freight may both be charged.
- RTO charges are non-refundable.
12. रिटर्न टू ओरिजिन (RTO) नीति
- डिलीवर न हो सकने वाले शिपमेंट वापस भेजे जा सकते हैं।
- RTO शुल्क लागू होगा।
- फॉरवर्ड और रिवर्स दोनों फ्रेट शुल्क लग सकते हैं।
- RTO शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
13. Shipment Tracking
Tracking information is provided by courier partners.
V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari does not guarantee real-time tracking accuracy.
13. शिपमेंट ट्रैकिंग
ट्रैकिंग जानकारी कूरियर पार्टनर द्वारा प्रदान की जाती है।
V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari रियल-टाइम ट्रैकिंग की सटीकता की गारंटी नहीं देता।
14. Lost Shipment, Damage & Claim Policy
Claims must be submitted within 7 days.
Required Documents:
- Invoice Copy
- Claim Request
- Shipment Details
- Product Photographs (if required)
14. खोई हुई अथवा क्षतिग्रस्त शिपमेंट दावा नीति
दावा 7 दिनों के भीतर प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है।
आवश्यक दस्तावेज:
- चालान की प्रति
- दावा आवेदन
- शिपमेंट विवरण
- उत्पाद की तस्वीरें (यदि आवश्यक हों)
15. Maximum Claim Liability
Maximum Claim Per Shipment
₹2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Only)
OR
Actual Invoice Value
Whichever is Lower.
15. अधिकतम दावा सीमा
प्रति शिपमेंट अधिकतम दावा
₹2,000 (केवल दो हजार रुपये)
अथवा
वास्तविक चालान मूल्य
दोनों में से जो कम हो।
16. Claim Exclusions
No claim shall be accepted for:
- Improper packaging
- Fragile items
- Leakage
- Perishable products
- Wrong address
- Customer refusal
- Natural disasters
- Force Majeure events
16. दावा अपवर्जन
निम्न परिस्थितियों में दावा स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा:
- खराब पैकेजिंग
- नाजुक वस्तुएँ
- रिसाव
- नाशवान वस्तुएँ
- गलत पता
- ग्राहक द्वारा अस्वीकृति
- प्राकृतिक आपदा
- फोर्स मेज्योर घटनाएँ
17. Platform Rights
V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari may suspend accounts, reject shipments, request KYC documents and modify policies at any time.
17. प्लेटफॉर्म अधिकार
V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari किसी भी समय खाता निलंबित कर सकता है, शिपमेंट अस्वीकार कर सकता है, अतिरिक्त KYC मांग सकता है तथा नीतियों में संशोधन कर सकता है।
18. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability shall not exceed ₹2,000 per shipment.
18. उत्तरदायित्व की सीमा
अधिकतम उत्तरदायित्व ₹2,000 प्रति शिपमेंट से अधिक नहीं होगा।
19. Electronic Acceptance
Clicking "I Agree" constitutes a valid electronic signature and acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.
19. इलेक्ट्रॉनिक स्वीकृति
"मैं सहमत हूँ" पर क्लिक करना वैध इलेक्ट्रॉनिक हस्ताक्षर एवं सभी नियमों की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा।
20. Privacy & Data Usage
Vendor information may be stored and shared with courier partners for service delivery and compliance purposes.
20. गोपनीयता एवं डेटा उपयोग
सेवा प्रदान करने एवं अनुपालन उद्देश्यों के लिए विक्रेता की जानकारी कूरियर पार्टनर्स के साथ साझा की जा सकती है।
21. Modification of Terms
V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari किसी भी समय इन नियमों एवं शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Nadaun,Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh,177033, India.
22. लागू कानून एवं अधिकार क्षेत्र
ये नियम भारत के कानूनों द्वारा नियंत्रित होंगे।
सभी विवाद केवल नादौन,हमीरपुर, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 177033,भारत के सक्षम न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में होंगे।
23. Vendor Declaration & Online Consent
I have read and understood all Terms & Conditions.
I accept the Vendor Onboarding Policy.
I accept the Shipping Policy.
I accept the Claim Policy.
I understand and accept the maximum claim liability of ₹2,000 per shipment.
I agree to be legally bound by all policies of V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari
23. विक्रेता घोषणा एवं ऑनलाइन सहमति
मैंने सभी नियम एवं शर्तें पढ़ ली हैं।
मैं विक्रेता ऑनबोर्डिंग नीति स्वीकार करता/करती हूँ।
मैं शिपिंग नीति स्वीकार करता/करती हूँ।
मैं दावा नीति स्वीकार करता/करती हूँ।
मैं ₹2,000 प्रति शिपमेंट की अधिकतम दावा सीमा स्वीकार करता/करती हूँ।
मैं V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari की सभी नीतियों से विधिक रूप से बाध्य होने के लिए सहमत हूँ।
I have read, understood and agree to the Vendor Onboarding Policy, Shipping Policy, Claim Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of V4 MASTERS e-Vyapari.
