The Platform acts as a Technology Aggregator and COD collections are handled by third-party Courier Partners.

COD service is available only:
- On selected courier partners;
- For serviceable pincodes;
- For approved Vendors;
- Subject to operational feasibility.
The Platform reserves the right to enable or disable COD services at any time.

3. COD Collection

COD amount is collected by the Courier Partner at the time of delivery.
The Platform does not physically collect COD payments.
The Vendor acknowledges that COD remittance depends upon:
- Courier Partner collection;
- Courier Partner reconciliation;
- Banking process;
- Operational and regulatory requirements.

COD राशि Delivery के समय Courier Partner द्वारा एकत्र की जाती है।
Platform स्वयं COD राशि एकत्र नहीं करता।

- Banking Process;

4. COD Settlement Cycle

- Regulatory requirements.
The Platform does not guarantee any fixed COD settlement timeline.

- Claim Recoveries;

6. Settlement Hold

- Outstanding dues;
- Legal or regulatory requirements.

निम्न परिस्थितियों में Platform COD Settlement रोक सकता है, विलंबित कर सकता है या समायोजित कर सकता है:

7. Non-Liability Clause

V4 Masters E Vyapari shall not be liable for:
- Delay in COD remittance by Courier Partner;
- Banking delays;
- Courier Partner insolvency;
- Government restrictions;
- Operational disruptions;
- Force Majeure events.
COD settlement is subject to actual receipt of funds from Courier Partners.

V4 Masters E Vyapari निम्न के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा:
- Courier Partner द्वारा COD Remittance में देरी;
- Banking Delay;
- Courier Partner की Insolvency;

- Operational Disruption;
- Force Majeure परिस्थितियाँ।
COD Settlement Courier Partner से वास्तविक राशि प्राप्त होने पर ही किया जाएगा।
8. Final Decision

- COD settlement;
- Settlement adjustment;
- Settlement hold;
- Outstanding recovery;
shall be final and binding on the Vendor.

9. Electronic Acceptance

By booking COD shipments or using the services of ship.v4masters.com, the Vendor agrees to this COD Settlement Policy.
Electronic acceptance shall have the same legal effect as a physical signature.
